How Our Service Works
NCV3 Sprinter Orders ‘07-‘18:
If you have a working key for the van you must send it with your EZS (ignition switch). If you have no working key you will also need to remove a lock cylinder from one of the doors for the keys to function in the door locks. The EZS is fairly simple to remove and takes Aprox 10 minutes to remove. It is intimidating just thinking about take anything apart on a Mercedes - believe me I know. HERE are links to a couple of videos on how to remove it. Please bear with me while I find time to create my own video with more details and verbal instructions in the video.
T1N Sprinter Orders ‘03-‘06:
If you have a fully functioning flip key- no module removal is necessary. If you have no working keys or your remote no longer works- you will need to remove the TEMIC module from behind the instrument cluster. This takes approximately 5 minutes. You will also need to provide a lock cylinder from one of the doors for the key to turn in the ignition and also unlock the doors. See written instructions HERE.
