• Orders are processed based on the vehicle information provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all details submitted are accurate.

• Ownership Verification Required: For all lost key orders, the customer must provide valid documentation proving ownership of the vehicle. Without proper documentation, we cannot provide services. Acceptable proof of ownership includes:

• Vehicle title or registration matching the customer's name

• Government-issued ID

• Proof of insurance matching the customer's name and vehicle

• Any other legally recognized proof of ownership

• Our services depend on the customer providing a module with viable, unaltered data. If the module is damaged, altered, or corrupted in any way that prevents us from successfully completing our programming process, the full service fee is still required and will not be refunded.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inability to fulfill the request.

• No Refunds: Due to the precise nature of our key programming process, all sales are final once the key has been shipped.

• 60-Day Warranty: If a key fails within 60 days of delivery, it may be returned for inspection. If the issue is not due to neglect, water damage, or misuse, we will replace the key at no charge.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, while SprinterKeys.com will cover the shipping of an approved replacement.

• SprinterKeys.com is not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing problems with your vehicle’s immobilizer system, electrical components, or data corruption in the module provided by the customer.

• If the module supplied by the customer is damaged, altered, or contains corrupted data, our service fee is still required, and no refunds will be provided.

• In no event shall SprinterKeys.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damagesarising from the use of our products or services.

• All trademarks, logos, and content on SprinterKeys.com are owned by us or licensed for use.

• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our website’s materials is strictly prohibited.
